Distilled from a high rye thin mash with local NY grains and wormwood before being stave aged with American and French oak. Different from a typical absinthe, this rye spirit was distilled and aged to drink straight like a whiskey.
Characteristic rye spiciness and smoky oak flavorings without many of the traditionally bitter absinthe herbs. Substitute for whiskey in cocktails and embrace the wormwood.
